NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCT?

If you find that your purchase does not meet your full satisfaction, you have the option to return the item to us in its original state within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Only items purchased directly from T-comp online store will be accepted.

Items being returned must be in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer are considered Non-Returnable.

Returns made without a receipt mentioning the order number may be refused. T-comp reserves the right to deny any return.

There are instances where you may need to provide a video or photo of the defective product as evidence to facilitate a refund or replacement process.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED A FAULTY PRODUCT?

All of our products are covered by a six month warranty from the date of purchase (some products are covered even longer) - If you have a faulty product, we encourage you to refer to our warranty page for your guidance.

REFUNDS

Processed refunds will be finalized within a span of 10 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (Credit card, debit card, etc.)
