How do I place an order?

Browse our catalog and click “Add to Cart” on the item you want. Proceed to checkout, fill in shipping details, choose a payment method, and confirm. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email (or SMS) with order details.

Do you ship across the UAE?

Yes — we offer nationwide delivery across all UAE emirates.

How long does delivery take?

Typically 1–3 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

What are the shipping costs?

We charge a flat delivery fee of AED 15 on all orders across the UAE.

What happens if I'm not home during delivery?

The delivery team typically reaches out to schedule a time that works best for you. However, if you're not available at the scheduled time, the courier will either attempt re-delivery or contact you to arrange a new delivery slot.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, as long as your order has not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, we cannot cancel — you’ll need to follow our return process.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Yes — every laptop purchase comes with a 15-day Money Back Guarantee (if in original condition). After that, warranty provisions apply.

What condition must the item be in to return?

The item must be in original condition, with all accessories, cables, and packaging intact. No physical damage, liquid damage, or signs of misuse.

Who pays for return shipping?

We cover the return shipping cost, so sending an item back is completely free for you.

When will I get my refund?

After we inspect the returned item (usually within a few business days), the refund will be processed via the original payment method. The time for the funds to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.

🛡 Warranty & Repairs

What warranty do you provide?

Used laptops come with a 3-month warranty. Refurbished laptops come with a 6-month warranty.

What does the warranty cover?

Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use (hardware faults, component failures).

What is not covered by warranty?

Physical damage (cracks, dents, broken parts), spill or liquid damage, misuse, accidents, voltage spikes, software issues, viruses, system corruption, unauthorized repair, normal wear & tear, loss of data or software, accessories or packaging outside the core device.

How do I claim warranty/repair?

Contact our support (email or phone) with proof of purchase and description of the issue. We’ll evaluate and may request to collect the unit for diagnosis. Based on fault, we will repair, replace (with equivalent model), or refund (if repair/replacement isn’t possible).

Can I get my device repaired elsewhere?

No — doing so voids the warranty. Only authorized repairs by T-Comp are covered.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. We also accept bank transfers.

Is my payment data secure?

Yes — our checkout uses SSL encryption to protect your information, and we partner with trusted payment gateways.

When is the payment charged?

Your card/payment is authorized and charged at checkout once your order is confirmed.

What if my payment fails?

Check that your card details (number, expiry, CVV) are correct and that you have sufficient funds. Try another card or method if necessary. Contact us for help if needed.

Do you accept Tabby or Tamara?

Unfortunately, we do not offer Tabby or Tamara services at this point. However, most credit card purchases can be converted into installments.

Are the product images exactly what I will receive?

Yes — the images reflect the actual laptop you will get for refurbished and premium stock.

Why are your laptops cheaper than new ones?

We specialize in used and refurbished electronics, restoring them to good working condition, performing tests and quality checks, and passing cost savings to customers.

Are prices inclusive of VAT or fees?

No — all listed prices exclude applicable UAE VAT, which will be added at checkout.

What is the difference between a Used Premium, Used Value, and Refurbished Laptop?

Used Premium machines are high-end pre-owned devices in immaculate condition. Used Value devices are pre-owned laptops with some signs of wear. Refurbished laptops are completely restored and revived by our technicians.

How do I know the laptop I order will perform well?

Every laptop is tested by our experts for performance, speed, battery health, and durability. A 14-day refund window is available if you’re not satisfied.
